1. Who we are

Check My Energy Levels is operated by Check My Energy Levels. You can contact us at hello@checkmyenergylevels.com.

These Terms apply to the website, questionnaire, preview, paid report, PDF download and related email delivery.

2. Educational purpose only

Check My Energy Levels provides educational information based on the answers you submit. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention or cure.

The report may help you understand possible energy patterns and areas to look at first, but it does not replace a GP, doctor, clinician, pharmacist or emergency care.

3. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, do not use the questionnaire or purchase a report.

You are responsible for making sure the answers you submit are accurate enough for the report to be useful.

4. Payments and access

Paid reports are sold as digital content. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

After payment, the service generates or unlocks your full report and PDF download. You should save a copy of your report for your own records.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Because reports are digital content generated from your answers, refund requests are assessed based on whether the report was delivered, whether there was a technical fault, duplicate charge or other issue.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt to access another person's report, interfere with payment or security systems, scrape the service, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

You must not rely on the report for urgent, severe, sudden or worsening symptoms. Seek urgent medical help where appropriate.

7. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the service available and useful, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output or that the report will cover every possible cause of low energy.

The report is based on your submitted answers and educational logic. It is not a clinical assessment.

8. Intellectual property

The website, wording, design, report structure and related materials belong to Check My Energy Levels or its licensors.

You may use your own report for personal use, including discussing it with a clinician.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the report without appropriate professional advice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
